  • Log in to your account or sign up if you don’t have an account with us.
  • Next, open the dashboard and select new filing from the left menu.
  • Here, you will need to choose the year of filing and form type. In the current scenario, you should go for a 1099-MISC filing.
  • A form will show up with all the necessary fields. 
  • Add all information, including payer and payee details. 
  • Once done, you can submit copy A to the IRS and copy B to the payee.

When to File 1099-MISC?

IRS requires you to file 1099-MISC at the end of the year. As a business entity, you must keep these deadlines in mind:

  • With Data Recipient Copy: Friday, February 17, 2025
  • Without Data Recipient Copy: Friday, January 31, 2025
  • The eFile of the IRS: Monday, March 31, 2025
